All patrons shall be accommodated only after submitting valid identity with address proof for all occupants.
Check in time is 2 p.m.
Check out time is 12 noon.
Carrying of fire arms, drugs, explosives, hazardous chemicals if strictly prohibited.
Any extra child between 4 year and 12 years will be charged 500 INR per day with mattress bedding
Any extra adult will be charged 1000 INR per head per day inclusive of matterss bedding
Accompanying children or persons older than 12 years will be considered as an adult and rate applicable will be as per occupancy.
Extra mattress charges are Rs. 500/- and extra breakfast charge per occupant is Rs. 200/-
Management is not responsible for any loss or theft of any cash, valuables, jewelry or personal belongings, brought items kept in the apartment. Please keep your belongings safely and secure them under lock and key in your bags.
Management is not responsible for any theft of any articles inside parked vehicle. Please do not leave any removable valuables inside your vehicles.
No visitors are permitted after 8 p.m.. If visitors do not leave as per policy, extra charges as per occupancy will be payable on check out.
Loss of keys will be charged Rs. 200 per key.
All patrons are requested to maintain decorum and not disturb the other occupants of the apartments.
Management reserves the rights for permission and rights for asking any patron, who does not comply with the rules to vacate the premises without any refund.
Payment has to be made in advance and before checking-in.
For bookings made within 24 hours of arrival date, any Payment made will not refunded nor accommodation cancelled.
Any damages caused by any patron to the facility, parking, elevators, apartment fittings, equipment, furniture or furnishing will be payable by the patron.
Early check-in is subject to availability and will be charged Rs. 100 rupees per hour from 0600 hours onwards.
